摘要: Disclosed is a therapeutic agent for blood coagulation disorder comprising, as an active ingredient, lentivirus vector having factor gene operably linked to promoter capable of inducing the expression in platelet-specific manner. By using encoding VIII or IX place gene, hemophilia A B can be provided. Blood treated by therapy infecting hematopoietic stem cell like with agent.
