摘要: The fucosyltransferase (FUT) family produces glycans, a fundamental event in several cancers, including colorectal cancer (CRC). miR-125a-3p is non-coding RNA that can reduce cell proliferation and migration cancer. In this study, we explored the levels of FUT expression human CRC tissues two lines by qPCR. results showed miR-125a-3p, FUT5 FUT6 are differentially expressed normal tumour tissues. On basis our previous research, be regulated miRNA, which influences invasion breast hepatocellular cells. We hypothesised may miR-125a-3p. Luciferase reporter analyses were applied to identify potential target genes A functional study overexpression inhibit proliferation, migration, angiogenesis cells via down-regulating FUT6. addition, regulating or markedly modulated activity PI3K/Akt signalling pathway, effect could reversed transfection with miR-125a-3p-mimics. Taken together, data suggest both promote development serve as predictive biomarker therapeutic treatment.
