摘要: Summary Mesophyll protoplasts were isolated using a Biogel-purified enzyme mixture from leaflets of vegetative and flowering stems Trigonella corniculata T. foenum-graecum grown in controlled environment cabinet. Protoplasts both species divided liquid medium with plating efficiency 70%. Cell suspensions initiated leaf callus yielded which formed callus. In contrast, not obtained cell . Callus derived explants, mesophyll suspension embryoids shoots, but tissues recalcitrant to regeneration. These results, including the difficulties associated , are discussed relation recent progress on regeneration forage legumes.
