摘要: Protoplasts have been isolated from winged bean (Psophocarpus tetragonolobus) suspension culture cells using a 2-mercaptoethanol supplemented enzyme solution. These protoplasts can be induced to divide and by continued proliferation give rise callus colonies. Shoots regenerated this callus. shoots rooted subsequently the plantlets develop maturity.
