摘要: The aim of the research was analysis 11 DH-R2 pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) lines, obtained in anther cultures ‘(ATZ1 × PO)’ F1, CDT)’ F1 and TG)’ hybrids. To determine genetic homogeneity anther-derived biometrical characteristics fruits, as well fruit colour shape inheritance, were analysed. determined highest phenotype uniformity androgenic lines F1. Based on variation, it possible to microspore origin diploids Additionally, enzyme four isozymes (PGM, PGI, IDH MDH) showed that isocitrate dehydrogenase identified antherderived hybrids between ‘ATZ1’ ‘TG’, those ‘CDT’, lines.
