摘要: Typing of reference strains and isolates identified as Lactobacillus casei, paracasei or rhamnosus was carried out using randomly amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) analyses. Strains L. were mainly grouped in the same cluster those casei. The RAPD fingerprints ATCC 393 15820 differ from paracasei/casei further supporting classification these a separate group. profiling could be used for discrimination belonging to casei
