摘要: Cervical cancer is the second most common in females worldwide. It well-established that Human Papillomavirus (HPV) infections play a critical role development of cervical cancer. However, large number women infected with oncogenic HPV types will never develop Thus, there are several external environment and genetic factors involved progression precancerous lesion to invasive In this review article, we addressed possible susceptible phenotypes cancer, focusing on host genome DNA variability, multiple infections, co-infection other agents, circulating lifestyle.
