摘要: Varicocele is a pathologic enlargement of the pampiniform venous plexus within spermatic cord, condition that common cause impaired sperm production and decreased quality sperm. While varicocele most surgically correctable risk factor for male infertility, not all males with experience infertility. In fact, men have normal spermatogenesis. Despite its prevalence, molecular mechanisms effect on testicular function are yet to be completely understood.
