摘要: Gastric cancer screening or diagnosis is mainly based on endoscopy and biopsy. The aim of this study was to identify the difference metabolomic profile between normal malignant gastric tissue, further explore tumor biomarkers. Chemical derivatization together with gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) utilized obtain information non-malignant tissues mucosae in 18 patients. Acquired data analyzed using Wilcoxon rank sum test find tissue metabolic biomarkers for cancer. A diagnostic model constructed principal component analysis (PCA), assessed receiver-operating characteristic (ROC) curves. Results showed that metabolites were detected differently adjacent mucosa. Five also non-invasive tumors invasive tumors. could discriminate from an area under curve (AUC) value 0.9629, another clinical staging AUC 0.969. We conclude different normal, selected probably be applied
