摘要: Africa is unlikely to register significant developmental advances. Recognizing this reality, African governments adopted in 2002 a comprehensive agriculture development program under the auspices of New Partnership for Development (NEPAD). This states that larger investments agricultural research, extension, and education systems are required achieve targeted increase output 6 percent year over next 20 years. The World Bank initiated series studies on training (AET) 2005.
