摘要: Les tumeurs stromales digestives sont les mesenchymateuses plus frequentes du tube digestif (1, 2). Elles ont ete recemment caracterisees grâce a l’immunohistochimie et la biologie moleculaire. cellules tumorales de type fusiforme et/ou epithelioide expriment proteine c-kit (CD 117), recepteur trans-membranaire ayant une activite tyrosine-kinase. Une mutation « gain fonction » gene entraine activation constitutionnelle cette proteine. La decouverte d’un traitement cible des formes avancees par un inhibiteur tyrosine-kinase (Glivec) en fait modele passionnant.
