摘要: The plasma concentration of buprenorphine was measured by radioimmunoassay in six female cats after the administration 0.01 mg/kg (0.033 ml/kg) hydrochloride solution into side cat's mouth. Blood samples were taken through a preplaced jugular catheter before and one, two, four, six, 10, 15, 30, 45 60 minutes, 12 24 hours dose administered. accepted well all did not cause salivation or vomiting. Its median peak 7.5 ng/ml reached 15 minutes. pharmacokinetic data similar to obtained intramuscular intravenous from same colony, suggesting that mucosal route should be as effective injections.
