摘要: The recent study by Hodi et al. published in the Journal of Clinical Oncology has evaluated unconventional response patterns during PD-1 inhibitor therapy using immune-related criteria (irRC) comparison with RECIST1.1, which constitutes an important step to further understand phenomena. This commentary discusses key observations terms their implications and pitfalls, describes unmet needs that remain be addressed. article also emphasizes role tumor as a “common language” describe results cancer treatment, future directions for advances field immuno-oncology.
