摘要: Extracellular vesicles (EVs) are secreted by a variety of cells. They known for their pertinent role in intercellular communication, and participation different pathological processes, making them ideal candidate utilization as biomarker diagnosis treatment diseases. In contemporary years, the concept well-established liquid biopsy technology, detection EVs biomarkers have received unprecedented attention. Many rapid precise methods been proposed, however, majority detect bulk. As prevalent heterogeneity single extracellular vesicle (SEV) plays an important analysis disease progression, therefore, to prevent information loss, increased attention has paid SEV with remarkable successes. Technologies like fluorescence labeling, micro imaging microfluidic chip were successfully employed at level. This review summarizes recent advances methods, potential targets, applications well concludes future prospects developing new strategies.
