摘要: Abstract A new model for in vitro evaluation of an activity antibacterial agents released from delivery systems containing antibiotics or antiseptics was developed. The composed two layers agar gel different concentrations PBS. In the upper gel, wells were cut and filled with polyurethane sponges saturated bacterial broth culture. then covered tested dressings agent. by using strains, Pseudomonas aeruginosa Staphylococcus aureus experimental collagen doxycyclin, amikacin, silver sulfadiazine. number colony-forming units (CFU) significantly lower under as compared to control (the same dressing without antimicrobials) during 3 days observation. can be recommended examination instead experimentally infected wounds laboratory animals other models.
