摘要: Plants in the field are subjected to numerous environmental stresses. Lengthy continuation of such stresses or a rapid increase their intensity is harmful vegetation. Assessments phytotoxicity various have been performed many countries, although they largely based on estimates leaf injury. We developed novel method detecting plant that more sensitive and specific than those previously available. This detection mRNA expression changes 205 ozone-responsive Arabidopsis expressed sequence tags (ESTs) by cDNA macroarray analysis. By using this method, we illustrated shifts gene response stressors as drought, salinity, UV-B, low temperature, high acid rain, distinct from ozone. also made mini-scale with 12 ESTs for diagnosis above plants.
