摘要: We report on our experience investigating the serum levels of soluble domain p185 and theneu protein expression in corresponding tumour tissue patients with advanced gastrointestinal carcinomas. The study included 32 who were treated palliative chemotherapy. investigated by immunosorbent assay techniques. used alkaline phosphatase/anti-(alkaline phosphatase) method for immunohistochemically. Increased serumneu found 8 22 (36%) colorectal carcinomas 2 abdominal adenocarcinoma unknown primary. All other cancers serum-neu-protein-negative. serum-neu-protein-positive showed also an elevatedneu expression. extent corresponded to clinical course marker CA 19–9. may be useful monitoring carcinomas, particularly cases immunohistochemicalneu-protein-positive primary tumours.
