摘要: Abstract A review is given of the extraction and purification biological samples by filtration through lipophilic neutral ion-exchange dextran gels their derivatives. Liquid-gel extraction, reversed-phase liquid chromatography ligand-exchange are also discussed. The applications Sepfhadex Lipidex reviewed, with special reference to extractions from fluids solid metabolites. number selective isolation procedures reviewed for estrogens, lignans, isoflavanes, isoflavones, catechol ketonic compounds ethynyl steroids.
