摘要: Summary To determine the efficacy of ketotifen as an oral anti-asthmatic agent, experimental and therapeutic long-term trials were carried out. Four models used in antihislaminic agent clemastine disodium cromoglycate comparative substances. It was demonstrated that provides protection against bronchospasm induced by allergens, histamine exercise, but not acetylcholine. In trials, tolerance compared with for a period 6 months. In another study administered 1 year, Ketotifen proved very effective decreasing frequency duration asthmatic attacks, concomitant medication could be reduced patients improved subjectively. From these it can concluded is safe anti-anaphylactic use treatment bronchial asthma.
