摘要: Somatic embryogenesis in conifers was first reported 1985, and since then remarkable progress has been made understanding factors controlling induction development of conifer somatic embryos (reviewed by Attree Fowke 1993; Gupta et al. 1993). For conifers, usually requires the culture zygotic on medium containing auxin cytokinin. A proportion cultured give rise to immature embryos, which undergo continued proliferation presence cytokinin proliferate rapidly liquid shake culture. Thus, potential exists for obtaining unlimited numbers from a single embryo. When are removed abscisic acid (ABA) high osmoticum applied, synchronous mature forms closely resemble with respect storage reserves, moisture contents, into normal plantlets. The gradually lose during acquire ability tolerate further drying contents similar to, or below, those seeds. large-scale applications, now producing quiescent throughout year storing them germination spring. Adapting technology could simplify production possibly reduce costs as well provide uniform plants. Embryo also promotes thus provides plants greater vigor.
