摘要: Using the method of pulsed conductometry, values electric conductivity mouse oocytes in 1.0 M solutions penetrating cryoprotectants have been first determined and stability their plasma membranes to effect field increasing intensity has investigated. For oocytes, incubated ethylene glycol (EG), 1,2-propanediol (1,2-PD), 2,3-butanediol (2,3-BD) dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) solutions, were (23.6 ± 3.4), (21.3 5.8) (21.0 2.3) 7.1) μS/cm respectively. The for acetamide (AC) formamide (FA) (16.5 6.1) (16.9 ±± 10.7) μS/cm, Cryoprotectant belonging alcohols (EG, 2,3-BD), as well DMSO, shown a stabilizing on oocyte under action. AC FA caused no membranes, which was manifested development irreversible breakdown with intensity. Probl Cryobiol Cryomed 2018; 28(4): 311-321
