摘要: Despite its high incidence and mortality rate, the molecular mechanisms underlying oncogenesis progression of prostate cancer are still unclear. This review, based on recently published data, surveys current state knowledge human oncogenesis, dealing with genetic predisposition in familial clusters cancer, providing new information somatic alterations, which have been approached four ways (measurement DNA content, cytogenetic analysis, situ hybridization, analysis), investigating problems androgen independence intratumour heterogeneity tumours. Lastly, potential clinical applications may become important near future, addressed.
