摘要: (CA)n simple repeats in DNA were examined at 17 loci 18 human squamous cell carcinomas of the esophagus and compared with those normal esophageal tissue from same patients. Six 32 papillomas that had been induced by N-nitrosomethylbenzylamine BD VI rats. Length-altered CA found two tumors four rat papillomas. Loss heterozygosity was observed three tumors; lost microsatellite bands are common inbred Both length alteration loss clustered certain tumor samples chemically tumors. Our findings indicate genomic instability results repeated sequences not only occurs but may also be a consequence chemical carcinogenesis rodents.
