Renal function in patients with orthotopic liver transplantation.

摘要: Due to multiple reasons, acute renal failure (ARF) commonly develops in the early postoperative period of orthotopic liver transplantation (OLT) recipients. The records OLT recipients between 1999 and 2004 were evaluated. Age, gender, primary disease, history diabetes, immunosuppressive drugs, pre- function tests, serum electrolytes, dialysis, functions tests follow-up noted. We followed 16 patients with our center. ARF developed 8 patients. Dialysis was performed only 2 patients, other managed conservative measures. Hypertensive crisis cerebrovascular stroke 1 diabetic hypertensive patient.
