摘要: Simulation often relies on a case-based learning approach and is used as teaching tool for variety of audiences. The knowledge transmission goes beyond the mere exchange soft skills practical abilities, including decision-making behaviour well. As it seems, simulation requirements largely depend skills, abilities or competences to be conveyed. Unfortunately, we lack any scientific evidence how much learners should stressed achieve positive outcome. regards practising purely technical however, can generally assumed that simulations anatomically/physiologically close reality possible. On other hand, sharing poses less stringent realism. For simulation-based learning, outcomes not only knowledge, motivational variables, but also onset negative emotions, perception own ability personality profile. ‘Simulation’ training alone does appear guarantee success. Rather, seems necessary establish setting suitable education level, needs characteristics students. Thus, fair conclude there no correlating realism scenario with success
