摘要: Conductive polymer dot arrays as a patterned medium have been developed for scanning multiprobe data storage based on probe microscopy (SPM) technology. The array is formed using electron beam lithography, and the conductive synthesized by selective electrolytic polymerization from self-assembled monolayer an Au film. conductance of dots can be reversibly changed application voltages SPM tip. It demonstrated that has potential ability media systems.
