摘要: Horseradish peroxidase (HRP) was encapsulated in liposomes prepared by an extrusion technique. The were coupled covalently to anti-rabbit IgG using N-hydroxysuccinimide ester palmitic acid as a component of liposomes. number HRP molecules per liposome about 800. A large portion inside the for one week at 4°C. catalytic activity measured luminol chemiluminescence (CL) method and found be almost constant during storage. CL intensity antibody detection antibody-coupled 125-times greater than that conjugated directly antibody.
