摘要: We investigated whether 6-gingerol affects the maturation and proliferation of osteoblast-like MG63 cells in vitro. Osteoblast-like were treated with under control conditions, experimental inflammation was induced by tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α). Expression different osteogenic markers cytokines analyzed real-time PCR, Western blotting, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. In addition, alkaline phosphatase (ALP) enzyme activity biomineralization as for differentiation measured. Treatment resulted insignificant effects on rate. 6-Gingerol increased transcription levels markers, upregulated ALP activity, enhanced mineralized nodule formation. Stimulation TNF-α led to interleukin-6 nuclear factor-κB expression downregulated osteoblastic differentiation. reduced degree TNF-α-treated MG-63 cells. conclusion, stimulated osteoblast normal physiological inflammatory settings, therefore, represents a promising agent treating osteoporosis or bone inflammation.
