The strength of usability: An attempt to measure transfer of training

摘要: The training of end-users has become one the most wide spread methods for companies to support use software in an effective and efficient manner. In order assess whether knowledge acquired through is transferred utilized work situation, evaluations beyond tests need be used. It proposed that subjectively perceived usability may a way evaluating transfer training. Although not equivalent training, it shown utilization work-situation.
