摘要: The electrochemical techniques were used to determine the total antioxidant capacity of breast milks and results compared with a commonly spectrophotometric (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl, DPPH) method. Breast milk from mothers preterm infants was monitored in three lactation phases after storage expressed by monitoring changes over two year period. Statistical analysis showed there no significant difference between ability methods detect storage. Either studied could be successfully replace time-consuming method can applied clinical trials.
