摘要: A study was made of the cleavage and twinning character in single crystals chalcopyrite CulnSe2, copper indium diselenide, grown laboratory by a vertical Bridgman method. In this material, with c/a ratio 2.006, two main orientations were found to be {101} {112} (corresponding descriptions {201 } { 111 }, respectively, cubic lattice). The plane identifications measuring angles between adjacent cleaved surfaces verifying X-ray Laue diffractometry. Cleavage also less frequently {110} plane, but here microscopic examination surface revealed it consist ridges direction, where microplanes on either side ridge edge 112} planes. Twinning found, angle measurements diffraction, occur along planes, which is similar result facecentred cubic, diamond zinc blende lattices, they are corresponding
