摘要: Myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) are key player in mediating systemic immunosuppression, and their accumulation expansion the periphery tumor have been iteratively observed patients with various types of cancer. It has reported that CD14(+)HLA-DR(-/low) MDSCs increased hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients; however, clinical significance MDSC alteration HCC after treatment is poorly studied. In this study, we examined frequency 92 patients, 14 chronic liver disease without HCC, 22 healthy controls by flow cytometric analysis. The associations between features were analyzed. particular, further prognostic impact on overall survival receiving radiation therapy. was significantly correlated stage, size, burden, Child-Pugh classification but not biochemical parameters function. who received therapy, decreased inversely time. multivariate analysis, only post-treatment ratio prognosis patients. Patients a high radiotherapy should be closely followed, inhibition may improve
