Cyclin D1 Overexpression and Prognosis in Colorectal Adenocarcinoma

摘要: Recently, it has been reported that cyclin D1 plays a major role in oncogenesis various cancers; however, there have few studies on the association of overexpression and prognosis patients with malignant tumors. We evaluated prognostic significance colorectal adenocarcinoma. One hundred twenty-three specimens resected from adenocarcinomas were investigated by staining monoclonal antibody against D1. As result, both overall survival disease-free significantly poorer tumors strongly positive for than those cyclin-D1-negative or weakly The 5-year rate was 53.3%, while rates 96.2 78.8%, respectively.
