摘要: Since the licensure and generalization of an effective measles virus (MV) vaccine 41 years ago, antibody levels have been used as correlates immunity. The long-lived MV-specific response has studied intensely, but dynamics T cell immunity over time not well characterized. We thus characterized profiles MV vaccine-induced antigen-specific cells since vaccination. In a cross-sectional study healthy subjects with history vaccination, we found that CD4 CD8 could be detected up to 34 after IgG remained stable, whereas level decreased significantly in who had vaccinated >21 earlier.
