摘要: Senile plaques are present in the cerebellum of most Alzheimer patients. They composed beta-amyloid deposits lacking neurites detectable with immunocytochemistry for neurofilament, tau and paired helical filament proteins. Recent studies, however, have shown that cerebellar usually contain round structures reactive ubiquitin antibodies. In this immunoelectron microscopic study, nature these is explored. Ubiquitin-positive senile were degenerating contained membranous vesicular dense bodies, but no filaments. A minority finely granular material. Thus, associated neuritic degeneration, resemble dystrophic non-demented elderly subjects non-Alzheimer dementias. differ from some neocortex Alzheimer's disease by absence These results suggest same mechanisms involved generation pathological aging generating discase.
