摘要: Lymphocytes from mice immunized with human rhinovirus (HRV) serotypes 1A or 15 proliferated in vitro response to HRV and the activated cells were shown be helper T (Th) cells. primed HRV-1A responded seven of eight heterologous virus serotypes, responses other minor cell receptor group viruses being greater than those belonging major group. A similar bias was seen HRV-15 that they preferentially viruses. This pattern cross-serotype recognition three inbred mouse strains not dependent upon histocompatibility complex haplotype. These results have revealed there are determinants within viral proteins a number recognized by Th against single serotype. Thus, at level HRV, reactivity is which reflected B antibody virus, generally highly serotype-specific.
