摘要: Purpose To investigate the prognostic value of overall karyotypic features and specific chromosome aberrations in colorectal cancer (CRC). Patients Methods Cytogenetic 150 primary CRCs investigated at time surgery were correlated with patient survival by univariate multivariate analyses, using classical clinicopathologic parameters as covariates. Results In analysis, addition to tumor grade clinical stage, structural well rearrangements chromosomes 8 16 significantly shorter survival.
