摘要: This study compared the DNA, RNA, and protein levels of osteopontin (OPN) in endometrioid endometrial cancer (EEC) ovarian (OEC). In total, 63 cases (EEC: 33, OEC: 30) were included. Of these, 47 26, 21) examined by quantitative reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) 48 25, 23) PCR. OPN expression was detected 15 (50.0%) 30 EECs 14 28 OECs. There no significant difference percentage positive cytoplasmic staining between OECs (12.8 vs 10.4; p=0.6811). The correlation relative mRNA both OECs; however, DNA not significant.
