摘要: Methylation of CpG-islands in promoter regions as well interaction miRNAs with messenger RNAs target genes are related to multilayer mechanisms regulating gene expression. The goal this study was assess a possibility for miRNA methylation influence indirectly activation their lung tumors. By using unified collection samples non-small cell cancer, it demonstrated that elevated levels mRNA RHOA and NKIRAS1 were significantly (Spearman rank correlation, P < 10−11) associated both loss number genes, which, according the miRWalk database, predicted possess regulatory functions. Novel potential (miR-9-1/-3, -34b/c, -129-2, -125b-1, -375, -1258) (miR-34b/c, -193a, -124a-1/-2/-3, -212, -132) cancer identified.
