摘要: Locally invasive aspergillosis of the bowel and peritoneal cavity is a rare complication immunosuppression, broad-spectrum antibiotic therapy, corticosteroid administration. We present case 9-year-old boy with acute lymphocytic leukemia who presented small obstruction. Surgical treatment required multiple aggressive resections all involved segments. Parenteral nutrition intravenous Amphotericin B 5-Fluorocytosine therapy were also instituted. Achievement hematologic remission another prerequisite for cure.
