摘要: SUMMARY Background: The interplay between the catechol-O-methyltransferase (COMT) Val158Met polymorphism and environmental stress may have etiological relevance for psychosis, but differential effects been reported in healthy control patient groups, suggesting that COMT interactions with be conditional on background genetic risk psychotic disorder. Methods: Patients a nonaffective disorder (n = 86) participants 109) were studied experience sampling method (a structured diary technique) order to assess stress, negative affect momentary symptoms flow of daily life. Results: Multilevel analyses revealed significant three-way group status (patient or control), genotype model (χ2(2) 13.26, P < 0.01) as well 6.92, 0.05). Exploration interaction patients, moderated association (χ2(4) 11.50, 0.005), psychosis 12.79, 0.005). Met/Met patients showed significantly increased affective reactivity comparison Val/Met Val/Val genotypes. In contrast, controls did not display large X interactions. Conclusions: Important differences exist effect reactivity, which depend Differential sensitivity occasioned by contingent higher variation underlying
