摘要: To evaluate the responses to insulin-induced hypoglycemia of neurons in vivo, we studied Fos protein induction brain by means immunohistochemistry. The was maximum after first injection insulin for 3 h. This found parvocellular division paraventricular nucleus (PVN), periventricular, dorsomedial and arcuate nuclei lateral hypothalamic area hypothalamus. These findings show activation specific subsets areas hypothalamus following hypoglycemic stimulation.
