In this study, we show that cells promotes the progression cell cycle vitro vivo . Cell (G1 phase S phase) related gene CDK6 p21 were further identified as targets CBX3. addition, found enhancing suppresses by upregulating inhibitor absence function is independent kinase activity CDK6. Our results demonstrate key carcinogenesis via suppressing expression CDK6/p21, which may disrupt transcriptionally regulating part negative feedback loop limit excessive activation.
