摘要: A fluid mixer is provided which can supply a fixed amount of in each lines to mixing line all the time while maintaining highly accurate ratio even if pressure on downstream side back valve fluctuated and moreover change fluids with high accuracy state where are flowed. On upstream from merging point at least two lines: first second merged line, diaphragm parts for adjusting flow rates reducing valves arranged further series line. Also, meter orifice or an regulating used automatic valves.
