摘要: The pattern of constitutive and cycle-dependent integrins in normal endometrium has recently been established, suggesting a role for cell adhesion molecules endometrial receptivity implantation. Currently few, if any, models exist the study human their establishment receptive phenotype. Ishikawa line maintains functional estrogen receptors progesterone receptors. these cells are inducible by priming with estradiol down-regulated treatment progesterone. In present integrin expression this well differentiated is compared to that epithelium using immunohistochemistry flow cytometry confirmed immunoprecipitation, Western immunoblot, PCR. Like epithelium, maintain alpha 2 beta 1, 3 6 4. PCR demonstrates expected size fragments each, although evidence alternatively spliced forms 2-subunit was noted. Progesterone estradiol-primed resulted increased 1 collagen-laminin receptor suppression v vitronectin receptor, two expressed epithelium. These data support use as an excellent model regulation advance our understanding hormonally mediated events surrounding
