摘要: AIM: To clarify the relations between tumor differentiation phenotype and invasion or genetic alterations in gastric differentiated-type tumors. METHODS: We examined phenotype, presence of mutations APC p53, microsatellite instability (MSI) status 48 adenomas 171 carcinomas. The was determined by examining expression human mucin (HGM), MUC6, MUC2 CD10. tumors were then classified into gastric- (G-), intestinal mixed- (GI-), intestinal- (I-) phenotypes, according to immunopositivity above markers. p53 MSI also investigated all tumors. RESULTS: Gastric significantly associated with CD10 expression, I-phenotype mutations, compared carcinomas (66.7% vs 25.1%, P < 0.0001; 56.3% 14.6%, 39.6% 14.0%, 0.0001, respectively) inversely expressions HGM MUC6 (10.4% 62.6%, 64.3%, = 0.003; 2.0% 26.3%, 0.001, respectively). frequency higher HGM-negative tumors, MUC6-negative CD10-positive than HGM-positive MUC6-positive CD10-negative G-phenotype (32.7% 7.1%, 27.8% 0.0182; 37.3% 10.4%, 38.5% 9.5%, 0.0017, (24.8% 6.7%, 0.0009; 22.2% 8.0%, 0.0143; 28.6% 9.6%, 0.0353, respectively). CONCLUSION: is closely related tumors.
