摘要: Tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL) are one of the representative components host antitumor immune responses. Both quality and quantity TIL determine effect reaction. Previous studies have indicated that patients with cancers showing massive infiltration CD8+ T cells generally a better clinical outcome. Conversely, marked immunosuppressive such as regulatory tend to worse prognosis for several types cancer. The density distribution also strongly affected by trafficking route. Tumor-associated blood vessels in various structurally functionally abnormal, abnormal reportedly become an obstacle effector into tumors. Recently, understanding molecular mechanisms lymphocyte has progressed rapidly. This review focuses on tumor discusses importance vessel trafficking, especially relation hepatocarcinogenesis.
