摘要: Background. Sapovirus (SV) infection is a public health concern which plays an important role in the burden of diarrhoeal diseases, causing acute gastroenteritis people all ages both outbreaks and sporadic cases worldwide. Objective/Study Design. The purpose this report to summarise available data on detection human SV low middle income countries. A systematic search PubMed ScienceDirect database for studies published between 2004 2017 countries was done. Studies stool water samples were part inclusion criteria. Results. From 19 countries, 45 identified. prevalence rate 6.5%. significant difference (P=0) prevalent observed Thirty-three (78.6%) reported children 8 (19%) age groups with diarrhoea. majority (66.7%) hospitalised patients gastroenteritis. GI shown as dominant genogroup, followed by SV-GII. Conclusion. evident; however reports its are limited. There therefore need surveillance circulation SV, their disease outbreaks, especially
