摘要: Laboratory produced DDGS samples were compared with commercial from a distillery and biofuel plant. Changes in structure, solubility content of arabinoxylan (AX) was determined. The distillation process results relative increase AX to the starting material. heating drying processes involved production lead an increased viscosity water-extractable AX. Production structural changes There is decrease 2- 3-linked arabinose oligosaccharides, that contributes around 50% reduction arabinosylation grains. current study shows laboratory-scale provide accurate representation scale composition consistently uniform irrespective uniformity thin stillage makes them good potential source for prebiotics or other novel products.
