摘要: In this paper we report on the development of a microsimulation model daily activity patterns in context regional planning model. One aims simulation is to predict traffic flows transportation network for various times day by using available statistical data sources as input. We first discuss general conceptual underpinnings model, and against brief discussion existing activity-based models transport demand outline major differences between these current one. Next, operational decisions, input, architecture are discussed, followed an illustration Eindhoven region Netherlands. conclude critically discussing its basic assumptions identifying avenues future research.
